We handle warranty claims and product issues for all brands distributed by Aneka Warna Solusi Media in the Photo & Videography division.
Service Claim Rules & Procedure
- Prepare proof of purchase. An invoice, receipt, or official transaction proof from Aneka Warna Solusi Media or an authorized reseller must be included with the claim.
- Fill out the claim form below. Clearly provide your WhatsApp number, email, product name, serial number, and a description of the issue so the service team can follow up quickly.
- Verification by the service team. Our team will review claim eligibility based on the warranty period and type of damage (manufacturing defect vs. wear/accident damage).
- Unit shipment (if required). For cases requiring physical inspection, the unit is shipped to a service center address that our team will provide via WhatsApp/email.
- Claim processing & outcome. Estimated processing time will be shared once the unit/data is received — including repair, replacement, or claim rejection (if outside warranty coverage) along with the reason.
